In addition, it includes a discussion of Colorado River Instream Flow Decrees, settlement, and the impact of expert meetings and the new rules. If you are an engineer, expert witness, judge, referee, water clerk, attorney, water resources manager, or other professional who works in the area of water rights and participates in water court proceedings, this course is invaluable.
The distinguished faculty is comprised of experienced engineers, judges, water referees, water law attorneys, officials, and administrators who have in-depth knowledge of expert meetings, the “new” water court rules and innovative consent decrees.
