Water Rights evaluation and administration are ever evolving concepts. With a quick recap of water rights basics, this talk will focus on highlighting a couple hot topics from the past few years. Specific issues include: newly adopted legislation, recent changes in water rights administration and water court procedures, and critical tools for data collection and review.
Stephanie Luce – Leonard Rice Engineers
Stephanie has been a Water Resources Engineer since 2009, after graduating from Colorado State University with a BS in Civil Engineering. Throughout her career she has been providing creative water rights analyses and solutions to a diverse client base. Her primary area of focus has been in the Colorado, Arkansas, and South Platte River basins, where she has provided water rights engineering and water resource planning and operations management support. Stephanie has dedicated much of her time doing work for the City of Black Hawk, Town of Wiggins, and Youth With a Mission (YWAM).
