Climate Change Leadership

Karen Raucher – Abt Associates

Did you know that 92% of Americans want their community water provider to be a leader in preparing their community for climate change? (WRF, 2014) This finding from a nationally representative survey opens up all kinds of opportunities for water professionals to use talking about climate to increase support and create change. Come learn more about what these survey findings mean and then share in a discussion of how water professionals — from engineers to planners — can leverage this amazing finding.
